When winter reigns and the earth lies silent beneath her cloak of snow, Cailleach's breath whispers through the trees — cold, cleansing, and wise. This sacred solstice brew honors the Crone of Winter, the ancient goddess of stone and storm. White pine for endurance, elderberry for ancient protection, clove for warmth and power, peppermint for her icy breath, rose for the heart that still beats beneath the frost, and apple for rebirth and the hidden promise of spring. DIRECTIONS:
Sipping Tea: Steep in 1 cup of boiling water, covered, for about 15-20 minutes. Add your favorite sweetener if you like.
Bath Tea: Plop the giant teabag into your bath water.
Sipping Tea Ingredients: White pine needles, elderberries, cloves, peppermint, rose petals, apple powder (organic apple, organic rice flour, organic sunflower lecithin)
Bath Tea Ingredients: Epsom Salt or Sea Salt, white pine needles, cloves, rose, rosemary, and Eucalyptus Essential oil.
