Returns & Refunds policy

The deadline for requesting to cancel an order is 2 days from the date you ordered the goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email at cauldroncreations333@gmail.com .

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we confirm receipt of your request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order minus any credit card fees that cannot be refunded.

Refunds will not be issued for any of the teas, tinctures, or other herbal mixtures once they have been shipped.

Refunds will not be issued for any customized crocheted item once the item has been started.
