Sometimes you just need a little help falling asleep and staying asleep. Try our tea blend to get the rest you deserve without any fogginess the next morning. Roll yourself into bed with a cup of this and wake up refreshed and renewed. Can also help with anxiety, just don't steep as long.
Directions: Steep in 1 cup of boiling water, covered, for about 15-20 minutes. Add your favorite sweetener if you like.
