DIRECTIONS
Sipping Tea: Steep in 1 cup of boiling water, covered, for about 15-20 minutes. Add your favorite sweetener if you like. Bath Tea: Plop the giant teabag into your bath water.

Additional ingredients for bath tea: Sea salt (protection and purification - can substitute Epsom Salts for Sea Salt), Patchouli essential oil (attracts love / stress reduction), lavender (love & devotion / anxiety reduction).
Additional ingredient for sipping tea: Red rooibos (passion / relaxes digestion).
