DIRECTIONS:
Sipping Tea: Steep in 1 cup of boiling water, covered, for about 15-20 minutes while you shower. Before you step into the shower, unroll your spell and speak it into being!
Shower Tea: Use the teabag as a scrub while showering.

Ingredients: Basil (Purifies energy field / Anti-inflammatory), rose hips/petals (emotional healing / immunity boost), mugwort (energy protection / anxiety reduction), lavender (spiritual balancing / anxiety reduction), nettles (protection & cleansing / anti-inflammatory).
Additional ingredient for shower tea: Oats.
