DIRECTIONS:
Steep in 1 cup of boiling water, covered, for about 15-20 minutes. Add your favorite sweetener if you like.
INGREDIENTS:
Mugwort, rose petals (this can be swapped for another herb that resonates more with your deity if desired), peppermint, rooibos.
