The new moon is a time to set new intentions, to create, to initiate new beginnings. These are supposed to grow as the light of the moon grows, peaking and coming to fruition at the full moon. So, time to get your groove in the groove and set those wheels in motion!
DIRECTIONS:
Sipping Tea: Steep in 1 cup of boiling water, covered, for about 15-20 minutes while you shower. Before you step into the shower, unroll your spell and speak it into being!
Shower Tea: Use the teabag as a scrub while showering.
INGREDIENTS:
Angelica root (positive energy / antioxidant), basil (protection / anti-inflammatory), sage leaves (cleansing & purification / antioxidant).
Additional ingredients for sipping tea: Elderberry (connection to other world / antioxidant), peppermint (cleansing / digestive health).
Additional ingredients for shower tea: Oats, Clary Sage Essential Oil (vision and wisdom / mental well-being).
If you don't get along with any of these ingredients, please contact us to see if it can be substituted.
